XPRSS ACQ – Ammoniacal Copper Quaternary is a waterbased wood preservative. Free of Arsenic and Chromium, it is a preferred residential wood preservative. Copper being the primary fungicide inhibits reproduction of bacteria where as Quat augments act as insecticide and secondary fungicide. Copper being a good bacteriostatic agent, resists biological attack on wood.
